About ST3 Interview
We are a group of successful, top-scoring candidates who achieved our first-choice Orthopaedic ST3 jobs — including the number-one ranked candidate nationally in 2015. We have passed on what we learned to every cohort since.
Many candidates are good enough to be orthopaedic registrars and still don’t get the job — they don’t tackle the interview well, or they are simply unlucky. We share the approaches that worked for us.
Sam Nahas is a consultant knee surgeon in Reading and Head of Orthopaedics teaching at Brunel University. Sam founded ST3 Interview with Ash Kalraiya in 2015, after the two of them took the number-one national ST3 interview rank and a top-25 place between them.
Faculty
In 2021 we were joined by Nadia Pakroo and Max Little, who both took our course before their own interviews and went on to rank 5th and in the top 30 nationally between them. Seeing great candidates get their jobs with our techniques is why we keep going.
